The Hall, in co-ordination with concerned parties and establishments inside and outside the Sudan, is ready to undertake the preparation for the different types of conferences, seminars and workshops and prepare an over-all study and submit it to desirous parties. The services include the following :-
- approaching specialized parties to write about targeted subjects. Residence, hosting and travel.
- Providing halls and secretariat services.
- Visual, audio and paper documentation.
- Accompanying programmes ( visits- tourism).
- Press conferences.
- Emblem and poster design.
- Invitations- their distribution and guarantee of their delivery.
- Reports on progress of the activity and the final report.
- Activity evaluation.
